You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills,thrive in a collaborative team setting with shifting priorities and timeconstraints, and demonstrate the ability to build and manage effectiverelationships within a matrix organisation. You have proficiency in Excel andPowerPoint, along with practical knowledge of management accounting andconsolidation systems such as Dynamics, Power BI, Jedox. You are fluent in English andhave a very good command of French.As Financial Analyst, you will support strategic and operational decision-making by providingaccurate financial insights, forecasts, and performance analysis; you will contribute to budgeting, reporting, and financial planning processes acrossthe organisation and you will ensure financial data integrity and support continuousimprovement in financial practices. Your key responsibilities will be to :Prepare and analyse financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making,Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement,Collaborate with departments to gather financial data and ensure alignment with organisational goals,Support the development and implementation of financial models and tools to improve reporting efficiency.Additional tasks may be assigned by the manager based on operational needs and the employee's capabilities.
