We offer you the opportunity to continue your career as a Transaction Services Analyst in Financial Advisory by agreement for a permanent position.Your tasksAs an Analyst you will have the following key tasks:Contribute to multiple Transaction Advisory projects (Financial Due Diligence) across Switzerland and Europe.Apply advanced financial analysis skills to evaluate commercial aspects, key transaction drivers, and valuation considerations.Provide expert support to team members, sharing knowledge and experience as needed.Benefit from a range of structured and informal training programs and workshops.Actively support the growth and development of Forvis Mazars by engaging in internal networking initiatives and participating in external marketing events.Your Profile You have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) across a variety of sectors at a Big 4 audit firm or a competing firm and ideally completed an internship in audit (Big 4 or competing firm).You are a graduate with a bachelor or master degree focusing on finance/accounting from a leading University or equivalent.You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English (German is mandatory for this role).
