This role will report to the Head of Digital Transformation. The Digital Manufacturing Business Partner will be responsible for guaranteeing the success of our Digital Manufacturing Products by understanding users' needs, conducting prioritization routines with key business stakeholders, and following up on solutions implementation.PLAYING YOUR PARTPROGRAM & PROJECT MANAGEMENTBuild the 3–5-year strategic system roadmap for IndustryYou will collaborate with business functions and Group stakeholders to provide a high-level view of the application landscape by domainsYou will regularly review and update the roadmap based on evolving business needs, technological advancements, and market trendsFrame and lead the technical/functional contribution to transformation projectsYou will contribute defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with the strategic roadmap and business requirementsYou will manage tech project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Maison/Group You will communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent mannerYou will facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment to ensure project successPRODUCT LED APPROACHDevelop Maison Industry departments around product vision You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with Maison's strategic goalsManage the product roadmap and backlog, and adequation of the business demands with product visionYou will create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business value and customer needs You will manage the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the latest requirements and prioritiesYou will continuously assess and adapt the product vision to ensure it remains aligned with evolving business needs and market trendsMaximize value creation, and Group resources / capabilities consumptionYou will manage the product resources effectively, allocating them to maximize value creation and ensure alignment with the product roadmapYou will leverage the expertise and resources available within the Richemont Group to enhance the product development process and deliver optimal resultsSPOC for Group related Products You will serve as the single point of contact for all Group-related product initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and communicationWHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?Success in this role will requireA Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Digital TransformationA significant 10 years' experience in a digital transformation team in a Manufacturing context, including good understanding of all watchmaking industryProduct Management, Project management skills and Agile methodologySolid knowledge in SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP eWM, Workshop data collection & monetization (MES & IIoT layers)Fluency in English & FrenchData-Driven Mindset, Stakeholder Management, Effective communication, Team spiritVacheron Constantin celebrates 270 years as the world's oldest watchmaker in continuous production since Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, we operate a global retail network of nearly 200 points of sale across 36 countries.
