We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Geneva. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and customer retention. You will lead a small team of 1-2 people, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable results.
**Responsibilities**:
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Alohi, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, leveraging multiple channels to generate warm leads for our sales team
- Lead and mentor a small team of 1-2 marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development
- Maintain a dynamic, forward-thinking mindset to continuously adapt to the evolving AI landscape, creatively leveraging emerging technologies, including AI agents, to enhance communication, drive traffic, and integrate automation into multi-channel marketing strategies
- Drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and customer retention initiatives with a focus on measurable impact on the bottom line
- Implement data-driven marketing approaches, identifying key metrics, analyzing performance data, and optimising campaigns based on insights
- Stay current with emerging marketing trends, particularly in AI and marketing technology, to maintain competitive advantage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI
- Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels
- Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and leverage tools for improved efficiency
- Execute marketing plans effectively, adhering to timelines and objectives
- Communicate challenges proactively
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable business results
- Experience managing and developing a small marketing team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and act on marketing data
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, taking both strategic and operational responsibilities
- Experience working in smaller companies is preferred
