Our objectives are to develop the Business of the Clarins Brand in the Export European Area while ensuring a sustainable and profitable growth of each market.
The development of the activity has to incorporate a qualitative execution of the Brand Image and Pillars.
Our priority is to accelerate our Direct to Customer strategy (Digital and retail) and develop our own Ecommerce platform across the region.
This transformation is the accelerator driver of the business for the years to come.
You will develop and execute a paid media strategy which will include:
- Setting and monitoring cross channel paid media budgets, ensuring the right media mix to meet business KPIs
- Developing a Paid Search, SEO, Affiliate, Google Shopping, Lead generation and Display Re-Marketing Strategy, and execute campaigns driving engagement and conversion working in close collaboration with the media agency
- Managing the operational execution of campaign production (creative briefs, deployment, tracking, optimization & reporting), making sure all campaigns launch on time across all channels
- Managing ad and content copywriting across channels
- Troubleshooting any campaign issues with our technical team or any platform customer service (Google, Meta, etc)
- Manage the budget spending along the year to optimize RoAS and deliver the targets defined
- ** 3 Year(s) background in** _Ecommerce Acquisition position_
- ** A significant experience in the Ecommerce environment**:
- _ A good knowledge about Google Analytics, SEA, SEO, Instagram, Facebook_
- _ Strong knowledge of social media_
- _ Global understanding of a 360° brand platform_
- You speak English. Other Nordic languages a real plus_
