But instead of relying on external funding to fuel our growth, we’ve chosen to bootstrap our way to success. This approach has allowed us to prioritize our customers and build products that truly meet their needs, without being beholden to outside investors. By remaining financially independent, we’ve been able to maintain our autonomy and agility, which have been key factors in our ability to innovate and stay ahead of the curve.
You will play a key role in optimizing user experience and conversion rates by implementing web development changes using Webflow. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of SEO and ASO principles, keep up with the latest industry trends, and be results-driven.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating and implementing a digital marketing strategy to improve search rankings. This involves understanding the business goals, researching keywords, analyzing competitors, and setting clear objectives.
- Ensuring the website is optimized for search engines. This includes improving site structure, enhancing mobile responsiveness, optimizing page load speeds, and ensuring high-quality, keyword-rich content.
- Oversee our social media strategy ensuring engagement and growth across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook specific to tech audiences.
- Implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels like Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, and industry-specific platforms.
- Identifying and targeting specific keywords and phrases relevant to the business's products or services. This involves analyzing search volume, competition, and relevance.
- Collaborating with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content. This includes blog posts, articles, product descriptions, and more
- Developing a strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from other websites, which is a critical factor in how search engines rank sites.
- Regularly monitoring and analyzing website traffic and search performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. This helps in understanding the effectiveness of SEO strategies and making data-driven decisions.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes by search engines like Google. This is essential to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Addressing technical aspects such as improving site architecture, ensuring proper indexing, fixing crawl errors, and enhancing user experience.
- Working closely with other teams like marketing, web development, sales, and design to ensure a cohesive approach to SEO.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in SEO and ASO, preferably in a senior or managerial role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings and driving significant organic traffic growth
- Proficiency in using SEO and ASO tools and platforms
- Expert in using Webflow, Google Analytics, Looker Studio
- Tech-oriented, quickly identifying the root cause of issues, suggesting interim workarounds, and always seeking ways to improve our systems
- Proactive and practical approach and the willingness to engage directly in tasks and projects; being hands-on is crucial
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding overall communication skills, both written and spoken
- Fluency in English (proficient to native)
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
