**Then you must be the right talent to join our Digital team as Head of E-Business**

Reporting to the CDO, you will be in charge of the strategy and the business development of the Piaget e-business activity (online retail, online wholesale and omnichannel sales).

**You will make an impact by**:

- Defining the e-business strategy and development areas as well as sales & qualitative objectives
- Managing transversal integration of all aspects of e-business projects (media, UX/UI, merchandising, e-CRM, logistics, legal, marketing, retail, training, change management )
- Driving and challenging the local e-business plans and implementing solutions & projects to answer local needs
- Training local e-business experts
- Partnering with the media team to define the plan and initiatives dedicated to drive e-business
- Being the key contact for Yoox NAP and managing the e-commerce operations and the activation plan
- Monitoring, assessing, and challenging the e-business performance (KPI and P&L)
- Managing a team and making sure our people keep developing themselves

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You possess a proven previous experience in e-business/e-commerce (at least 10 years in leading sectors)
- You have a strong understanding of online marketing topics (e-commerce, SEM, Social Media, UX/UI, e-CRM, e-Merchandising )
- Your hold a global experience of managing direct teams, driving markets and operating with group level structures
- You like to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and are able to manage priorities
- You are used to work in fast-paced and changing environment
- You have strong analytical skills and are results-driven
- You are innovative, entrepreneur-minded, and solutions oriented
- You are fluent in both English and French
