This empowers BIL Suisse to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions tailored to their evolving requirements.ResponsibilitiesRespondto communications from Swiss authorities and requests for information fromthird parties.Organise,coordinate, edit, and review presentations and associated materials forthe Board of Directors and shareholder meetings.Managementof Commercial Register entries for relevant staff members across allbranches.Assistwith submissions to FINMA and conduct other tasks for the CorporateSecretary function.Managepolicies and contracts for the bank.Handleinheritance cases.Addressclient complaints.Providedaily legal support for various projects, ensuring legal considerations areintegrated into business responses and strategies.Respondto ad hoc requests from Front Office and other support functions,providing legal support as required.Assistwith Lombard credit requests and draft associated loan documentation.Maintainlegal templates and information documents on the bank's intranet tosupport the Front Office.Your ProfileBachelor'sdegree in Swiss law; further qualifications are a plus.Atleast 3 years of experience in a legal counsel or corporate governancerole, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.Deepunderstanding of Swiss regulatory frameworks and corporate governance.Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in English and German; French is aplus.Highlymotivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both autonomously andcollaboratively within a team.Strongorganisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tightdeadlines efficiently.Demonstratedability to handle complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.Aproactive team player with a flexible approach, initiative, and enthusiasmfor contributing to the bank's success.This presents an exciting opportunity to become a part of our team in Switzerland and play a pivotal role in the expansion of our bank.
