To do this, we need world-class product engineers who can design beautiful, reliable, and performant experiences across the stack.About the RoleAs a Product Designer at , you'll use user centred design to shape our product from idea to shipped feature. You help decide what we build, turn user needs into clear journeys and flows, and work with product, engineering and our designers to deliver simple, effective experiences. You bring a strategic mindset, think in systems, and move easily between discovery, UX strategy and detailed design. You enjoy early stage products where not everything is defined yet, and you bring structure, clarity and pragmatic solutions to the team.What You'll DoDesign end-to-end experiences, from problem framing to user journeys and flows.Communicate the user experienceat different stages through relevant artifacts including wireframes, flow diagrams, prototypes or vibe coding.Contribute to and extend our design systemin Figma, so components and patterns scale.Work closely with engineering during implementation, provide clear specs and review design quality before and after release.Use datato guide design decisions and iterate on shipped features.Who You AreYou have5+ years of experiencedesigning products, ideally working on a single product.You havea bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human Computer Interaction or equivalent practical experience.You are an excellent communicatorwith the ability to explain design decisions clearly to designers, engineers and leadership and you are comfortable leading reviews.You thrive infast-moving, high-ownership environments.You've fully integratedAI tools into your design process.BonusExperience designing AI driven applications.Experience contributing to small, cross-functional teams or startups.* This is a hybrid role based in our Zurich office, with a requirement of 3+ days in the office per week.
