You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in our Product Service Center (PSC) to streamline processes, standardize tools, and support profitable growth for Hitachi Service.How you'll make an impactChampion and embed a culture of continuous improvement (CI) within Operations and SCMLead and support cross-functional CI initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectivenessMap and optimize business processes, ensuring seamless interfaces between Sales, SCM, Project Management, Engineering, Order Management, Field Service, and New BusinessDevelop and maintain tools that promote process standardization and operational excellence across the organizationStrengthen collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery and customer satisfactionProactively address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional mannerYour backgroundA passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.
