**Description**
**Your Responsibilities**:
Change Management
- Develop and lead SCM engagement activities in close collaboration with communication team
- Advance SCM functional people development framework to enhance skills and capabilities
- Define and manage SCM regulations framework to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Maintain integrity of SCM SharePoint, Inside Energy and external supplier portal by ensuring knowledge assets are up to date
- Oversee internal control documentation and maintain records of evidences
Continuous Improvement:
- Maintain SCM process framework and process ownership to ensure streamlined operations
- Oversee development of SOP and WIN to standardize procedures
- Drive SCM continuous improvement projects leveraging L6S and S4/HANA functionality improvements
- Continuously run benchmarking sessions to identify opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate SCM roadmap development and monitor execution to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Further develop way of working templates to improve efficiency and effectiveness
**Your background**:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to engage different teams working on a common continuous improvement journey
- Good understanding of SCM and AP day-to-day challenges
- Experience in working within a matrix organization, able to influence people without direct reporting lines
- SAP Knowledge of advantage
- Minimum 10 years of relevant business experience
- Fluent in English
- Cultural sensitivity and work experience in an international environment
