Location: Global, with a preference for European countries. ABB’s Electrification Business Area is a leading provider of a full range of protection, control, and measurement solutions - enabling safer and smarter electricity flow from substation to the point of consumption. We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect, and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel. You will work as Global Continuous Improvement Manager for our Global Sales Operations function in Electrification (EL) Business Area. The scope of the sales Operations function relates to planning, fulfillment, and logistics/warehousing. You will be leading global initiatives and projects, utilizing Lean Six Sigma (L6S) as the Continuous Improvement (CI) methodology, for the complete process from order to delivery and with the objective of improving the service level to the customer, the quality and the internal efficiency. You will be also responsible for designing and developing metrics and tools aiming to monitor the progress of operations performances and related KPIs. The role will report to the Global Sales Operations Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Developing and supporting the deployment of the quality management process within local and regional distribution centers.
- Performing process mapping, identifying critical points, conducting root cause analysis, and defining solutions by using for improving the customer On Time Delivery and Lead Time using the Lean and L6S methodology in assigned projects.
- Preparing and distributing Sales Operations Performance dashboard and sharing functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
- Ensuring achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed and focusing on achievement of inventory turn of finished goods, customer request on-time delivery, lead-time for stock and non-stock items, aging stock, wrong delivery/transportation damages and forecasting accuracy.
- Providing a common and consistent approach across local units to continuous improvement and strategy deployment via L6S and making it scalable and repeatable across the organization along with facilitating the sharing of knowledge and practices amongst change agents.
- Coaching and training local units in developing detailed gap analysis across the sales Operations processes.
- Partnering with Sales Operations leaders for understanding their organization’s vision, objectives and improvement needs for helping them define a course of action along with working with leaders for identifying and access the best resources.
- Driving cultural transformation within the scope of responsibility and understanding and promoting behavioral change for continuously improving function performance through programs and initiatives and in alignment with ABB’s core values of safety and integrity.

**Your background**:

- Master’s Degree in Operations, Business, Engineering or related field, MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in logistics / warehousing, planning or inventory management roles and/or a relevant number of continuous improvements projects executed in sales operations.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a must, Master Black Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
- Knowledge Power BI and MS Office Excel (advanced), Word, Access (familiarity), SAP modules preferably in SD, MM, MRP and APO.
- Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully, visualizing the result and develop alternative solutions
- Flexible to travel (60-70%).
