We are seeking a Director, Commercial Finance, to join the team located in Zurich, Switzerland. This is a critical leadership role which will partner with the senior leadership team to help establish and drive the EU and APAC expansion in implementing the Go to Market strategies. This individual will help lead the Commercial international finance team.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Partner with the Commercial leadership team to drive the strategic initiatives for the global launch of the Nuvaxovid vaccine and the related build-out processes across the EU/APAC countries.
- Collaborate with Global Commercial Finance, and all business functions to develop Gross-to-Net forecasts, assess contract agreements and provide strategic finance support.
- Manage the forecasting/budget/LRP processes across EU/APAC by overseeing the international finance team working closely with the markets to ensure appropriate processes and timely submissions.
- Drive financial discipline in-market and support appropriate allocation of resources.
- Direct strategic management, reviews, reporting and commentary that provides Executive leaders with timely insights into trends, operational results, and growth drivers.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- BA or BS degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA and/or MBA required.
- 12+ years finance experience including managerial roles as a finance business partner. 5+ years in an international Finance environment preferred as well as managing an international team.
- Experience working in global high growth companies.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX is required.
