This role specifically focuses on FIS's Treasury solutions, helping clients optimize liquidity, manage risk, and streamline treasury operations. By providing industry-leading technology, you'll drive some of the most exciting innovations in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.About the teamThe FIS Capital Markets Sales team is dedicated to driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives and marketing campaigns. The team focuses on building strong client relationships and promoting FIS's comprehensive suite of Treasury and Capital Markets solutions across a diverse client base.What you will be doingYou'll manage the full sales cycle, including:Acquiring new clients through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to meet sales targetsBuilding a robust pipeline of Treasury solution opportunities within assigned territories and accountsDeveloping and executing strategic sales plans tailored to each major opportunityLeading sales calls and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the right resources are engagedEstablishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizationsMaintaining accurate sales activity records in our CRM (Dynamics)Staying informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapeIdentifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across FIS's broader Capital Markets and Treasury offeringsWhat you bringProven sales experience in financial technology, ideally with exposure to Treasury or Capital Markets solutionsStrong communication and negotiation skillsFluency in French or German is required to support clients across continental EuropeAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environmentWhat we offer youA competitive salary and performance-based incentivesAttractive benefits packageA modern, international work environment with a dedicated and motivated teamOpportunities to work on some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technologyA broad range of professional education and personal development opportunities – FIS is your final career step#LI-LO1Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
