Description du posteWe are looking for a Sales Representative for our Boutique in Zürich.Provide exceptional customer service to all boutique clients. Sell and promote all boutique products to end consumers. Achieve all sales objectives and contribute to the boutique's overall goals.In this role, your main tasks will be to :SalesWelcome and serve all customers with a friendly attitude, offering a comprehensive and memorable experienceDevelop familiarity with the product range, both past and present, to provide customers with detailed and accurate informationMaintain a thorough understanding of the features of watches and other brand productsOffer reliable information to customers regarding sales and customer service inquiriesAssist in the presentation of merchandise according to guidelinesContribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsProvide exceptional customer service across all channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactionsSecurityAssist in controlling stock shrinkage and losses through careful handling and attentive actions within the boutiqueAdhere to administrative policies and procedures, particularly regarding cash handlingMaintain general awareness of product security and potential risksFollow company procedures for opening and closing the storeEnsure proper handling of all deliveriesCash Handling and Payment OperationsManage all transactions responsibly and securelyPerform cashier duties, including payment processing and handling international currenciesEnsure accurate cash handling, credit card processing, and related tasksStore MaintenanceEnsure the boutique always remains clean and presentable, including the sales floor and back officeMaintain awareness of health and safety standardsEnsure proper implementation of visual merchandising standardsCommunicationComply with company policies and regulationsAttend briefings as instructed by supervisorsPresent yourself professionally to both customers and colleaguesHandle international clients with an understanding of their customs and cultureProduct KnowledgeRegularly participate in training sessionsTake responsibility for proactively learning about new products and applying training effectivelyProvide customers with thorough product knowledgeProfilVocational training in sales (CFC) with a few years of experience in luxury boutiques, ideally in watchmakingPreferably from a watchmaking/jewelry backgroundExperience working with an international clienteleA passion for luxury retail or watches, with a natural enthusiasm for the productsCompétences requisesStrong sales and negotiation skillsBusiness acumen and customer-oriented mindsetAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong planning and organizational abilitiesFlexible with working hoursLanguesFluency in German and English is essentialKnowledge of other languages is an advantage
