As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various clinical contracts. You will provide legal advice and work closely with senior management.Key tasks/Responsibilities:Drafts, reviews, and negotiates agreements for different phases of clinical development, including clinical trial agreements, contract research organization agreements, and other trial-related agreementsNegotiates agreements with third parties, for example, research organizationsCoordinates closely with the senior legal team; develops a constructive working relationshipKeeps abreast of relevant industry developments and regulations governing clinical trials; provides input and advice where neededAssists on other matters as neededExperience & Qualifications:You are fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional fluency in either German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a plusYou have previous experience in supporting and negotiating clinical trial operations and agreementsYou have the ability to think around a more nuanced and complex international set upYou have excellent drafting skills, communication skills, and attention to detailYou must be highly organized, efficient and hard-working; you must be capable of building strong and collaborative relationshipsHOW TO APPLYPlease submit your application via our Careers portal, including a resume.
