The role aids in the development of compensation frameworks that are attractive, competitive, performance-driven, compliant (AoA, AGM voting), and addressing the shareholders and regulatory expectations. It also oversees the operational execution of the payroll and other regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions. Finally, the role drafts the annual Compensation report and ensures a successful audit by the external auditor.
