We’re looking for a dynamic **Director Finance, Supply Chain** to take the reins of financial leadership across our global supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner closely with Supply Chain leadership to drive strategic planning, optimize inventory, and oversee logistics and warehouse performance. You’ll be at the heart of a multinational environment, shaping financial strategy and influencing business outcomes at the highest level.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Optimise the supply chain finance processes
- Coordinate all management reporting and business insights activities as it relates to supply chain management
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s annual budgeting process and monthly, quarterly forecasting cycles in relation to supply chain management
- Support the business to achieve optimal inventory levels and thereby optimise operating working capital
- Partner with the business and business controllers to simplify various related processes.

**You bring**
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Leading change: identifies needed changes or directions that need adjustment, challenges assumptions and norms.
- High level of integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years of supply chain controlling experience
