**The Challenge:
**Within HNC, you will be positioned to work on key initiatives part of the Digital Transformation Roadmap, with the opportunity to interact with the leadership, gaining business know-how and career development coach. **As a Digital Change Management & Adoption Intern, you will**:

- Support digital strategies development and deployment, enabling the global and regional business teams and Premix Operations teams within Health, Nutrition & Care business to exploit the full potential brought by digital technologies
- Support the global and regional teams on their adoption programs for the digital tools implemented
- Develop communication and training content to enable the global and regional teams to further communicate and train users
- Support process standardization and automation to enable better use of the digital tools
- Monitor the KPIs for adoption and change management, reporting it on a regular basis to the leadership
- Bring a bold and fresh view and will trigger your colleagues
- An inspiring professional with a on-going or recently completed degree in marketing, business, or technology (or equivalent)
- 1-5 years of experience in the digital world (strategy/management consulting, internet company, ecommerce in established company, start-up)
- Uunderstanding and passion for the technical aspects of digital business. E- and M-commerce business models, digital breakthrough platforms and technologies like AI, Machine learning, IoT, big data, analytics, Blockchain have no secrets for you
- Pproject management capabilities and experience in change management initiatives
- Domain on Microsoft
- Known for fresh / original thinking and inspiring ideas
- Ability to effectively deal with different cultures and diverse backgrounds
- Team player
- Written and oral communications and presentation skills
- **Languages**: excellent english connumication skills; additional languages are a plus

**Where**: Hybrid location of home office and Kaiseraugst (Switzerland).
