For our Distributor Team in MENA we are looking for a 



Marketing and Education Manager - MENA



Your responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute cadaveric lab sessions across the region to support hands-on clinical education and product familiarity.

Lead regional educational workshops and training events, 

Support and represent the company at regional congresses, trade shows, and industry events, engaging with key stakeholders and promoting product visibility.

Collaborate with Sales to design, coordinate, and deliver sales training academies

Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to support education initiatives, product feedback, and advocacy.

Strengthen the brand's regional presence on social media, creating content 

Support the launch of new products through localised marketing campaigns, educational initiatives, and field enablement strategies.

Collaborate with the ISM to support forecasting and market intelligence efforts, providing insights from the markets.

Ensure regional alignment with global marketing and education strategies, adapting materials and approaches as needed for local market dynamics.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of educational and marketing initiatives

Your qualifications

A minimum of 5 years working experience in medical devices sales/marketing

A proven track record in orthopaedics (Trauma or CMF preferable)

Strong knowledge and working experience in the MENA region

Experience in planning and conducting training and workshops for different stakeholder groups, including cadaveric courses

Strong written and oral communication skills in English with Arabic being a big advantage

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships.

Professional presence, ability to present, negotiate and interact with clients or senior level executives, business acumen and customer centric attitude

Cultural Intelligence as well as readiness to travel internationally up to 50+% of the time

Have a high sense of responsibility/quality and at the same time demonstrates enthusiasm to drive for positive results
