- We are looking for a skilled Growth Manager who has great experience with client growth, acquisition, activation, cross-selling and retention within the financial services sector.- You will take ownership of the assigned Marketing & Digital Sales campaign projects end-to-end and autonomously manage projects, representing Marketing & Digital Sales across the relevant pods/crews - which include the following:
- set clear e-commerce standards and drive the conversion optimization of landing pages, provide input for better website personalization via Adobe Target, etc. (the implementation will be handled by another team)
- steer, develop, coordinate, and implement strategies/campaigns with the business
- evaluate and optimize campaigns and always-on activities - across channels and touch points
- identify growth opportunities across relevant client journeys
- shape and improve sales campaigns and client touch point journeys via systematic A/B-testing

Furthermore:
- represent Marketing & Digital Sales with excellent stakeholder management and collaborative attitude - driving sales/growth project end-to-end
- act as a consultant for the business: enrich the dialogue with the pods/crews by conducting performance reviews and target achievements, efficient production and execution setup, content and campaign management, best practices adoption, process and tools improvements
- help ensuring that Marketing & Digital Sales delivers great growth/sales campaigns for prioritized topics and products
- act as a cross-functional sparring partner for various functions within Marketing & Digital Sales

- As Growth Manager you'll be working in for Center of Excellence (CoE) for Marketing & Digital Sales, and physically join us in the office on Europaallee in Zurich. **Your expertise**
- several years of experience within digital sales activities and campaigns
- very strong stakeholder and project management skills
- good understanding of how to identify, design/develop growth/sales generating activities and implement them through best practices
- high data-literacy to derive actionable insights to unlock incremental growth
- structured and analytical way of working and good at communicating findings to relevant stakeholders
- win-as-one attitude and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the business to achieve common goals
- relevant experience from the financial sector (or another regulated industry) is a requirement
- good knowledge of UX, SEO and Performance Marketing is a plus

Furthermore, you:

- are a fast learner and able to cope with a dynamic and changing environment in an agile setup
- possess a higher education degree from a university/ FH, preferably in Business or Marketing
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are confident in your ability to write clear in English (German proficiency is a plus)
