A Day in the Life Medtronic is hiring a Principal Training and Education Project Specialist committed to plan, manage and execute internal, customer and business partner educational programs to support Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services (CDS) Operational Unit (OU) strategies across the WE region.In the role, you will leverage the country/regional training and education field force to ensure a proper execution of the educational strategy for the West Europe region.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Develop and align educational strategies with marketing goals and organizational objectives. Identify and address educational needs of both customers and internal teams. Design, customize, deliver training programs for various audiences, including physicians, nurses, patients, and internal staff. Lead and support local teams to ensure consistent education programs and communication across the region. Coordinate and execute training initiatives that support marketing strategies and product implementation. Monitor training outcomes and ensure educational content is relevant and tailored to the region. Collaborate on digital content updates and support the development of competitive internal training materials. Required knowledge and experience Bachelor's degree or advanced, master's degree. At least 5 to 10 years of working experience in technical/clinical related function / environment Experience in a role supporting marketing & sales. Experience in Training and Education roles is a plus. Practical project management experience. Experience in an international company/environment, ideally in the medical device industry, within a matrix organization.
