Team Leader PERM 100% - Experis Zürich (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships with clients and candidates, advising on tailored IT workforce solutions
  • Drive business development with an entrepreneurial mindset and grow Experis' presence in the Basel region
  • Lead and coach a team of IT recruiting professionals to achieve sales and delivery targets
  • Oversee recruiting operations, performance metrics, and financial results
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies
  • Support tender processes and contribute to competitive proposals

Your Profile

  • Commercial background with leadership experience in recruiting or HR, ideally in IT
  • Strong sales and entrepreneurial mindset, customer orientation, and passion for technology-driven workforce solutions
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital tools with high social media affinity
