Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities across departments and with external partners. Develop and maintain delivery schedules, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods while proactively resolving shipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries. Prepare shipping documents, invoices, customs paperwork, and compliance reports for inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Collaborate with planning teams on stock alignment, analyze turnover and product life cycles, optimize replenishment cycles, and report on stock capacity utilization.
  • Communicate effectively with procurement, operations, vendors, and other internal teams to align logistics activities with project requirements.
  • Ensure logistics compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations, implement best practices in handling and storage, support budgeting and forecasting, and identify process improvements by tracking KPIs (on-time delivery, freight costs, warehouse utilization).

Qualifications

  • Completed apprenticeship, business school, or relevant university degree (Bachelor or Master).
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, with solid business understanding of value chain operations.
  • Proficiency in English, German, and Spanish (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse teams in English, German, and Spanish.
  • Analytical mindset with willingness to engage in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
