Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the modernization and rollout of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), including assessment, hardware selection, vendor management, pilot execution, training, and adoption tracking.
  • Define and maintain workplace standards and optimize end-to-end device lifecycle management (procurement, IMACD, refresh/retire), collaborating on Intune/Endpoint Manager and compliance.
  • Create user-friendly self-service workflows for peripherals integrated with ITSM for inventory, approvals, and asset tracking, supported by quick guides and micro-learnings.
  • Provide operational support backup, handling 1st/2nd-level client onsite support, incident management, IMACD, and escalation coordination.
  • Deputize for team lead by supporting prioritization, stakeholder communications, vendor management, status reporting, risk management, and coaching the support team.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in workplace IT and endpoint management, particularly with meeting room rollouts involving Microsoft Teams Rooms and related hardware.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, device/room hardware, ITSM environments, and SLA-driven operations.
  • Strong execution skills including independent planning, structured execution, clear communication, and reliable stakeholder and vendor management.
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to step into operational support tasks as needed.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Cambridge English, and experience in enterprise IT environments are preferred.
