About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Operations Analyst
to support and optimize operational performance across our Swiss operations.

In this role, you will analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate combines strong data analysis skills with business acumen and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
  • Identify
    process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
    across business units.
  • Prepare
    reports, dashboards, and presentations
    for management and stakeholders.
  • Support
    strategic projects and operational initiatives
    , providing insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor
    key performance indicators (KPIs)
    and track progress against goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  • Conduct
    trend analysis, forecasting, and capacity planning
    .
  • Assist in
    budget monitoring, resource allocation, and cost analysis
    .
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and maintenance of
    operational tools and systems
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    operations analysis, business analysis, or process improvement
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools
    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with
    ERP systems, workflow management tools, or operational platforms
    .
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in
    English
    ;
    German or French
    is an advantage.
