THE ROLE
In partnership with an international consulting firm, we are seeking a Litigation Support Analyst for a global financial services company in Switzerland. The successful candidate will support the project manager and customer through various aspects of eDiscovery. This includes loading and processing data for review databases, running search term reports, and conducting quality control checks. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the project manage and customer through various aspects of eDiscovery; liaise with teams on different day-to-day activitiesWork with global application administrators to prepare for eDiscovery requests; assist in responding to eDiscovery-related issues in RFPsAct as a technical resource for the litigation team; set up user accounts, permissions, and coding panelsLoad and process data for review databases; prepare saved searches, run search term reports, and conduct quality control checksCollaborate with global teams regarding local geographic regulations for hold notices, collection, and production of data
YOUR PROFILE
Possess a university degreeMinimum of 3 years of experience, with previous experience in eDiscoveryCapable of working effectively within diverse, multi-functional, and multicultural teamsFluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; additional fluency in German or French is advantageousHOW TO APPLY
