Role Description:

The
Business Analyst (Financial Sector)
plays a central role in supporting strategic decision-making by analyzing financial data, evaluating business performance, and identifying opportunities for operational and financial improvement. This position bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that financial insights are translated into actionable strategies that enhance efficiency, profitability, and long-term growth.

In this role, the Business Analyst conducts detailed research and data analysis to assess market trends, financial performance, and regulatory developments. Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting complex financial information, preparing reports and forecasts, and supporting the design of data-driven business models. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL).
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly.
