Notre client, une Société de Gestion, régulée FINMA, au service d'une clientèle privée UHN basée en Suisse Romande, recherche un :

Private Equity Investment Manager Geneva

Vous serez principalement responsable de la sélection, du « due-diligence » et du suivi des fonds de fonds Private Equity.

Vous avez la charge de l'identification, de la recherche et de la présentation de nouvelles opportunités et idées d'investissement dans les fonds de Private Equity, sur la base d'études de marché, de réseaux et de relations professionnelles.

Vous menez des recherches thématiques proactives et approfondies et jouez un rôle clé dans la conduite d'une due diligence approfondie (comprenant une analyse qualitative et quantitative) sur les fonds de Private Equity potentiels, y compris l'analyse financière, la modélisation, l'évaluation de la gestion opérationnelle, l'évaluation du potentiel de croissance et de risque des sociétés cibles.

De formation superieure, avec un solide bagage analytique ainsi qu'un diplôme complémentaire ou une qualification professionnelle (CFA ou CAIA), vous justifiez de 7 à 15 ans d'expérience et de réussite dans un poste similaire idéalement sein dune société de gestion, dun Single ou Multi-Family Office ou dans une banque d'affaires.

Compréhension approfondie de l'univers des fonds Private Equity à l'échelle mondiale et plus spécifiquement excellente connaissance de la sélection de fonds de fonds PE (focus sur la stratégie « Buy Out Mid Market ») avec la capacite d'apporter un réseau de gérants de premier ordre. Des déplacements sont à prévoir en Asie/USA/Europe.
