Responsibilities :

Investor Relations


• Actively participate in fundraising with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners


• Prepare marketing materials, pitch decks, and performance reports


• Manage relationships with existing and potential investors

Fund Structuring and Financial Modeling


• Design and structure investment vehicles (funds, SPVs, co-investments)


• Build robust financial models for acquisition, holding, and exit scenarios


• Optimize legal and tax structures in collaboration with specialized advisors

Deal Analysis and Asset Management


• Identify and analyze real estate investment opportunities with the transactions team


• Participate in due diligence, acquisition negotiations, and financial modeling


• Oversee assets under management to maximize operational and financial performance

Investment Committees


• Prepare, present, and defend investment opportunities before the Investment Committee


• Ensure that all files comply with fund strategy

Strategic Development and Visibility


• Contribute to the platform's visibility by leading communication initiatives and strategic positioning in each market


• Represent the company in forums, events, and institutional/local relationships


• Identify partnership or external growth opportunities aligned with the group's vision

Profile


• Higher education degree (HEC, Sciences Po, engineering school, or university with specialization in finance or real estate)


• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, real estate private equity, or fund structuring


• Excellent command of financial modeling tools and legal/tax structures


• Strong investor relations skills, strategic mindset, and financial rigor


• Fluent in French and English
