We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Private Assets Investment Manager to join our Private Assets team. This role involves sourcing, evaluating, and selecting private assets investment opportunities (funds and direct co-investments) for our private clients. The successful candidate will work closely with fund managers, conduct in-depth due diligence, and collaborate with our Private Assets Client Services team to bring high-quality investment solutions to our clients. The role is available at our headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.

Private Assets Investment Manager

Your Role :

• Identify and source private assets investment opportunities aligned with client needs and portfolio strategies.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on private equity fund managers and direct co-investments, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Evaluate fund structures, performance track records, investment strategies, and team capabilities.
• Prepare investment memos and recommendations for internal committees.
• Collaborate with the Private Assets Client Services team to support the distribution of selected investment opportunities.
• Monitor existing investments and maintain relationships with fund managers.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities in the private assets space.
• Contribute to the development of the private assets offering and strategic positioning of the team.

Your Profile :

• 4+ years of experience in private equity, investment management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and investment acumen.
• Proven experience in fund due diligence, manager selection and co-investments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; French or other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for c. 20% of the time.
• CFA or equivalent qualification is an asset.
