Private Banker

Our client is a very successful asset management company with an active focus on direct private equity investments. They're looking to recruit a private equity principal with 7-10 years' experience within the private equity or M&A sector including small to mid-cap sustainability investments.
In addition to detailed financial analysis work on targeted venture capital investments, you should be able to manage the investment process from A to Z including negotiating with the company's management and overseeing the drafting of legal documents.
You should be a self-starter looking to work in an entrepreneurial environment with significant autonomy. Knowledge of the ESG sector together with fluent English and French are essential.
