Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard new distribution and advisory partners (EAMs, family offices, private bankers, or brokers) across Switzerland and neighboring markets.
  • Present the firm's private market solutions and structure collaboration models that align with each partner's client base.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with private investors and professional intermediaries.
  • Maintain close coordination with internal investment and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and partner satisfaction.
  • Represent the firm at events and within professional networks to enhance visibility and deal flow.
The Successful Applicant
Your Profile
  • Minimum 4-8 years' experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within private banking, wealth management, EAMs, or financial brokerage.
  • Proven book of relationships with HNW/UHNW clients or professional investors in Switzerland.
  • Strong understanding of private markets, alternative investments, and client distribution dynamics.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly relationship-driven.
  • Fluent in English; French and/or German a plus.
  • Based in Geneva, Zurich, or France (with a Swiss client base).
