What We're Looking For
We are looking for a passionate Sales Advisor possessing experience in B2B sales and a strong understanding of corporate wellness to help us expand our growth for our Settle Well program and corporate workshops.
At this stage of growth, strategic guidance is crucial to scale sustainably and expand corporate adoption. This is a position requiring light-touch advisory of 2-3 calls per month to provide strategic insight on sales framework, pitch refinement, and warm introductions where relevant.
Upon commercially proven contribution (closing 5 paid B2B corporate deals), an equity-based advisory agreement or Co-Founder position will be considered.
Your Responsibilities
- Guide our B2B sales approach + positioning for HR decision makers
- Provide strategic insight on outreach, sales framework, and pitch refinement
- Offer warm introductions where relevant
- Light-touch advisory: 2–3 calls per month
