The Role — Clinic Manager
We're looking for a Clinic Manager who is
not only a people person but also a revenue driver
— someone who can keep our calendar full with bookings, build lasting client relationships, and position our studio as the go-to destination for laser hair removal and related cosmetic treatments. This role blends operational excellence with sales savvy, ensuring both exceptional service and sustainable business growth.
Your Mission
This is a
hands-on, results-driven role
. You'll be responsible for:
- Driving new client acquisition
through local networking, marketing partnerships, and creative promotions.
- Maximizing bookings
to fill unused treatment room capacity.
- Retaining clients
by delivering an exceptional experience and building loyalty.
- Upselling services
and packages to increase revenue per client.
- Tracking performance metrics and hitting monthly sales targets.
