THE ROLE

We are seeking a Contract Manager for a life sciences company in Switzerland. The Contract Manager will play a key role in ensuring efficient, risk-aware, and business-focused legal operations across the company's global affiliates. Fluency in English and German is essential for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, terms and conditions, procurement, consultancy, co-marketing, beta testing, and key opinion leader agreements.
  • Provide general legal and contractual support to internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions on relevant legal and compliance topics

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in law (or equivalent legal qualification).
  • Prior experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in both English and German.
  • Familiarity with international agreements and cross-border legal considerations.
  • Full professional fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
