Paralegal – Pharmaceutical Company

For a leading pharmaceutical company, we are seeking a Paralegal to support the Legal & Compliance department. As part of the role, the successful candidate will manage internal contract management processes, support in-house lawyers across various jurisdictions, and work closely with the Head of Legal.
Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Legal and the legal team in drafting and approving standardized agreements (MSAs, Work Orders, etc.)Conduct corporate housekeeping work across various affiliates, including maintaining the corporate documentation databaseProcess and administer internal information, and structure and conceptualize issuesDevelop a constructive working relationship with internal stakeholdersQualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a paralegal role within the life science industryKnowledge and experience in handling standard agreement templatesFluent in both written and verbal English; proficiency in any other European language is a plusStrong analytical skills, with an independent and goal-oriented working styleAn open, flexible, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skillsPlease note that we can only accept applications from candidates with an EU valid work permit and who are based in Switzerland.
