THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal for an international industrial company. The Paralegal will support the Legal and Compliance function by delivering critical legal operations and corporate governance assistance. Key responsibilities include contract management support, oversight of compliance processes, and coordination of global subsidiary governance. Fluency in English is essential for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain corporate records and support entity management across multiple jurisdictions, including the preparation of board resolutions, shareholder materials, and statutory filings.Support contract review and execution workflows, including proofreading, redlining, and document tracking.Assist with drafting, updating, and monitoring compliance policies, including the Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, and Conflicts of Interest policies.Coordinate legal documentation for transactions, audits, and due diligence processes, ensuring complete and accurate records.YOUR PROFILE
At least 3 years of experience in a paralegal roleStrong understanding of corporate governance, contract lifecycle management, and compliance frameworksExcellent organizational and document management skillsProven ability to work independently with a high degree of ownershipEffective communicator with confident presentation skillsFluency in EnglishHOW TO APPLY
