THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced compliance professional to lead and manage compliance initiatives within a global industrial organization in Switzerland. The Compliance Specialist will help ensure the integrity of business operations by enforcing internal policies and adhering to external regulations. This role plays a central part in training, investigations, policy implementation, and risk management across international operations. Fluency in English and German is essential for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and develop the company's global compliance programSupport the implementation of compliance policies and processesDeliver training and support awareness initiatives across the organizationAdvise on day-to-day compliance matters and oversee internal investigationsConduct compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategiesSupport compliance integration for mergers and acquisitionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including employee representation bodiesYOUR PROFILE
Degree in Law, Business, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in a compliance role, ideally within an international industrial companyRelevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) are an assetFluent in English and GermanStrong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent command of English and GermanHighly motivated, proactive, and dedicated to make an impact
