We are seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist for a multinational insurance company based in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance requirements are upheld during the transition phase of the company's core system. The role involves evaluating the current compliance environment, identifying potential gaps or risks, and working collaboratively with the Group Compliance Department and international teams to develop a comprehensive compliance plan.

Responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough assessment of the current compliance landscape, identifying any potential gaps or risks associated with the core system change project

 Collaborate effectively with the Group Compliance departments as well as the compliance teams from all involved countries, with the aim of developing a robust compliance plan for the core system change implementation. This includes building strong and communicative relationships with these teams

 Monitor the project's compliance activities regularly to ensure continuous adherence to relevant requirements, including conducting periodic audits and assessments when necessary

 Maintain comprehensive and accurate records related to compliance activities; this includes documenting any identified issues and subsequent remedial actions taken

 Provide support to the risk management team in identifying and mitigating compliance risks associated with the core system change project

Top of FormQualifications
Preferred 3-5 years of experience within the Swiss (CH) insurance environment

 In-depth understanding of compliance requirements, regulations, and industry best practices in the insurance sector

 Proven experience in project management with the ability to coordinate compliance efforts efficiently within a project team

 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

 Proficiency in both German and English is essential for this role
