We are seeking a dynamic and analytical SAP Business Analyst to join our international team supporting digital transformation in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a professional ready for their second or third career step, bringing hands-on SAP S/4 HANA experience and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the impact on financial results. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, driving process improvements, and work with cross-functional teams across borders. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, data integrity, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize business processes within SAP (primarily in modules such as PP, MM, SD, and FI/CO)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance to gather requirements for data analysis and translate these into SAP reports
  • Lead and support SAP enhancement projects from concept to delivery
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and documentation for end-users and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with international teams to ensure alignment and consistency of the SAP footprint across global operations
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure effective communication and solution delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (University, University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent) in Information Technology, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of SAP ERP modules and integration points
  • Experience with Fiori apps
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
