**Operations Internal Audit Manager (f/m/d)**

**Key responsibilities**

***- The key tasks and responsibilities include the execution of internal audits in the area of expertise of Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Logistics Procurement, and Sales at SIG.
- Leadership in conducting operational audit assignments, from planning, fieldwork to report writing, stepping up on behalf of the Head of Group Internal Audit
- Communication (verbally and in writing, internally and towards auditees / Senior Management) of audit findings and feasible recommendations to eliminate detected weaknesses as well as share and promote “best practices” within the organization
- Data Analytics to identify risk areas in operations
- Support IT Audits led by the IT Auditor, challenging the ways of working with constructive criticism

**You bring these skills, experience & education**
- Minimum Bachelors / Masters preferred in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Significant knowledge of and experience with legal and regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, IFRS, anti-bribery and anti-corruption
- Ability to risk assess following areas: Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Logistics and Inventory, Sales, and Sourcing & Procurement
- Proven advanced Excel knowledge is required
- Strong personal skills regarding analytics and critical thinking as well as in communication; team-player and result-driven
- Independent and curious personality with thirst for knowledge
- Previous international exposure preferred
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) (or willingness to complete)
- Experience with manufacturing
- Solid technical acumen of SAP R3, SAP 4/HANA and other emerging technologies a benefit (e.g. Power BI).
- Competence / willingness to cover IT / OT audit topics
- Fluent English; additional languages (German, Portuguese, Mandarin) a plus
- Ability to travel (approx. 30%)
