Description
The Director of Content & Marketing Communications will be a key driver of NuvemRx's brand voice, creative direction, and external presence across channels. This senior leader will oversee both strategy and execution for creative development, content creation, social media, and public relations initiatives that strengthen NuvemRx's reputation and market awareness. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this position will play a critical role in elevating how NuvemRx tells its story, supports go-to-market priorities, and builds trust with community health providers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve NuvemRx's brand strategy, positioning, voice, and visual identity across all channels
  • Develop and refine brand messaging that translates Nuvem's mission, services, and impact into clear, compelling narratives
  • Lead creative direction for campaigns, product storytelling, events, and sales/marketing collateral
  • Lead creative direction for all customer marketing to help them promote their entity-owned pharmacy within their community
  • Build and manage an integrated content strategy and editorial calendar across web, email, sales enablement, thought leadership, case studies, and multimedia
  • Translate complex healthcare, pharmacy, and 340B concepts into accessible, benefits-driven content for diverse audiences
  • Own and execute social media strategy, including channel management, content development, cadence, engagement, and performance reporting
  • Drive proactive public relations efforts including press releases, media relations, speaking opportunities, awards, announcements, and partner communications
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations teams to ensure brand consistency and high-impact storytelling
  • Establish brand and editorial standards, processes, and governance to maintain quality and accuracy across communications
  • Measure and optimize performance across content, social, and PR using reach, engagement, share-of-voice, and pipeline influence metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree within a related field
  • Previous experience leading brand, communications, or marketing content initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Expert proficiency in creative strategy, content development, and brand storytelling
  • Experience managing external communications including social media and/or public relations

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or regulated B2B environments
  • Strong writing, editing, and narrative development skills across formats
  • Experience partnering with executives on thought leadership and external visibility
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Working Conditions

  • Position is virtual with some travel required (10-15%)
  • Fast-paced environment requires the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative work with cross-functional teams across the organization
  • May require occasional availability for time-sensitive communications or media needs
