Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events, ensuring that all logistics run smoothly. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with clients, managing event timelines and budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless on-site and virtual event execution. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to meet client and attendee expectations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management, with a strong ability to coordinate and execute successful events
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for attendees
  • Basic understanding or experience in Sales to support event sponsorships or partnerships
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools is an advantage
  • Knowledge of or experience within the fields of science or medicine is a plus
