**Event Coordinator/Manager**

**Ton profil**:
- Français et anglais (oral et écrit), bonnes notions d’allemand
- Permis de conduire et véhicule obligatoire
- Idéalement au bénéfice d’une expérience préalable en logistique et planification
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
- Grande aisance relationnelle et communicationnelle notamment en public, capacité d’écoute
- Tout-terrain, capable de s’adapter à un travail pluridisciplinaire
- Formation commerciale économique ou touristique, un atout
**Tes missions**
Manutention
- Préparer et reconditionner le matériel d’activités, stocké dans un dépôt de 200m2
- Coordonner le transport du matériel d’activité
- Gérer le réapprovisionnement et l’organisation du stock
Animation
- Animer ou co-animer des prestations sur le terrain en français, anglais et allemand, dans toute la suisse romande
- Être l’ambassadeur d’Une-bonne-idée.ch lors des prestations, en veillant à la satisfaction du client et au bon respect de nos méthodes de travail
Administration
- Gérer les dossiers clients, de l’élaboration de l’offre à la facturation
- Planifier une prestation dans son entièreté, de la coordination avec les prestataires externes au mandat des animateurs
**Conditions contractuelles**
Type de contrat : CDI
Taux d'activité : entre 80% et 100%
Début d'activité : au plus vite ou à convenir
Type d'emploi : CDI, 100%, Temps de travail : 80-100%
