Der Eurovision Song Contest kommt 2025 in die Schweiz. Mit rund 180 Millionen Zuschauenden ist der Contest die weltweit reichweitenstärkste Musik-Veranstaltung. Werden Sie Teil des ESC-Teams und tragen Sie zu dessen Erfolg bei.

**Das ist Ihr Beitrag**: Für den Eurovision Song Contest 2025 suchen wir per Januar befristet bis Ende Mai 2025 eine:n Event Coordinator (Januar-Februar 50%, März-Mai 100%). Im ESC-Team Event engagieren Sie sich für folgende Themen:

- Mithilfe bei der Organisation des Catering
- und Hospitality Programms
- Koordinator mit der Host City bezüglich Transportation & Accommodation
- Unterstützung des gesamten Projektteams in diversen administrativen Aufgaben
- Koordination des Event Departments mit den restlichen SRG-Departments (Produktion, Show, Finance etc.) und der Host City
- Erledigung diverser Event-bezogenen Aufgaben die Richtung Event dazukommen werden

**Damit begeistern Sie uns**:

- Aus
- oder Weiterbildung im Projekt Management oder Ähnliches
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektkoordination und -planung von Grossevents
- Sehr gute Englisch und Deutsch-Kenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS365 Palette (insbesondere SharePoint)
- Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent
- Hohe Motivation an der Arbeit in einem befristeten, sehr herausfordenden Projekt
