Le Concours Eurovision de la Chanson 2025 aura lieu en Suisse. Avec quelque 180 millions de téléspectateur.trices, l'Eurovision est l'événement musical à la plus forte pénétration au monde. Vous aussi, devenez membre de l'équipe de l'Eurovision et participez à son succès

**Votre mission**: Pour le Concours Eurovision de la Chanson 2025 (Eurovision), nous recherchons un.e Project Coordinator pour effectuer une mission à durée déterminée de février jusqu'à fin mai 2025. Au sein de l'équipe ESC Event, votre cahier des charges est le suivant:

- soutenir et coordonner les besoins de l'équipe (hôtel, transports, restauration)
- participer à l'organisation et à l'inventaire des locaux (places de travail, Delegation Bubble, Media Center, restauration, etc.)
- soutenir l'ensemble de l'équipe de projet dans diverses tâches administratives
- assurer la coordination entre le département Event et les autres départements SSR (Production, Show, Finance, etc.) ainsi qu'avec la Host-City
- exécuter différentes tâches en lien avec le concours et qui se multiplieront au fur et à mesure qu'il s'approche

**Votre profil**:

- Formation ou formation continue dans le domaine de la gestion de projet ou dans un domaine similaire
- Expérience de plusieurs années dans la coordination et la planification de projet dans le cadre d'événements majeurs
- Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'allemand, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
- Très bonnes connaissances de la palette MS365 (SharePoint en particulier)
- Grande autonomie, flexibilité et esprit d'initiative, résistance au stress, fiabilité, talent organisationnel
- Grande motivation à collaborer à un projet particulièrement exigeant sur une durée déterminée
