**REGIONAL FOOTBALL COORDINATOR - BASEL**

**Job synopsis: Children’s Football Coaching company, InterSoccer Sarl is looking for a PART TIME (10-15hrs per week, generally full time in holidays) Regional Coordinator to coordinate Children’s Football Coaching programme in BASEL region in relation to Football Courses, Football Holiday Camps, Birthday Parties etc. Responsabilities include;**

**ON THE PITCH**
- **Delivering excellent Football Coaching sessions in safe environment for courses, camps, birthdays, events etc**:

- **Liaise with parents/children plus coaching team to help ascertain current feedback, receive new ideas & help with motivation**:

- **Operate quality control so courses/camps/other products hit high standards from set up to clear up, coaches follow coaching topics/session plans**:

- **Research of latest coaching techniques, games etc to help keep coaching lively, fun & relevant**
**TRAINING**
- **Recruit & Assemble great stable coaching team including coach, develop & manage all coaches helping maintain high levels of morale**:

- **Putting coaches through Jugend und Sport & First Aid coaching so that all coaches where possible will become qualified especially through J&S**:

- **Organise training sessions during the year to help develop current coaches plus find & develop new coaches**
**EQUIPMENT & LOGISTICS**
- **Organization of kit/equipment logistics plus inventory of equipment per venue keeping all venues neat & tidy**:

- **Key Procedures to be put in place to improve the running of the coaching side in GE-VD but also in liaison with other RCs. This applies for on-off the pitch including running & implementation of a procedure for New Coaches**
**COACH ADMINISTRATION**
- **Provide a high level of administration hitting key deadlines as requested**:

- **Planning of all Coach schedules by set deadlines working to set budgets**:

- **To educate, train other coaches to make sure they are providing all registration info + non payers info by deadlines specified in the agreed format.**:

- **To manage all coaches contracts/criminal record checks in liaison with Office**
**COMMUNICATION**

**SALES, MARKETING, PROMOTION & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**
- **Increase awareness of InterSoccer Courses, Camps, Birthdays etc in the region in liaison with marketing department & via coaches at pitch & pitch visits**:

- **Build up relationships with schools, football clubs & other local organizations to help increase awareness**:

- **Distribution of marketing materials ie flyers throughout the region if/when required at courses/events/schools to increase awareness of product etc**:

- **Attend & manage key InterSoccer events as designated**:

- **To have excellent knowledge of digital marketing so that when possible great photos/videos can be acquired at the Courses/Camps/Birthdays/Events etc. Knowledge needs to be passed on to all coaches, especially new coaches joining the company.**
**ADDITIONAL SKILLS / KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- **Swiss National/Swiss working Permit B/C living in Basel region**:

- **Fluent oral/written language skills in English & good level of German**:

- **Great communication skills**:

- **Very Good computer skills with sound understanding of google docs, excel, word etc
- Good marketing & social media skills**:

- **Excellent planning/organisation**:

- **Possess Football/Sports & first aid qualifications, J&S qualification is a necessity**:

- **Good knowledge of local Basel & expat markets**:

- **Available to work/coach weekends as well as week days on a regular basis**:

- **Full Driving license**
**SALARY**
- **Basic Gross salary per month + Bonus**:

- **Holidays ideally to be avoided not to be taken in key periods ie during Easter/Autumn Camps, start of Summer Camps, start of Spring/Autumn Courses.**

**Contract length: 6 months**

**Part-time hours: 15 per week**
