**Job description**

InterSoccer Sarl, a leading Children's Football Coaching company, is currently seeking a PART-TIME (10-15hrs per week, generally full-time during holidays) Regional Coordinator to oversee the Children’s Football Coaching program in the BASEL region. The role involves coordinating Football Courses, Football Holiday Camps, Birthday Parties, etc.

**ON THE PITCH & TRAINING**
- Delivering excellent Football Coaching sessions for courses, camps, birthdays, events, etc.
- Liaise with parents/children and coaching team for feedback, new ideas, and motivation.
- Implement quality control to ensure high standards from setup to clear-up, and coaches follow coaching topics/session plans.
- Research and integrate the latest coaching techniques and games to keep sessions lively, fun, and relevant.
- Recruit, assemble, and manage a stable coaching team.
- Provide Jugend und Sport & First Aid coaching for all coaches.
- Organize training sessions for the development of current and new coaches.

**LOGISTICS & ADMINISTRATION**
- Organizing equipment logistics and maintaining venue inventories.
- Managing administrative tasks and coach schedules.

**COOMMUNICATION & MARKETING**
- Maintaining effective communication with Coaches, Parents, and Office.
- Increasing awareness of InterSoccer programs in the region.
- Building relationships with local schools, clubs, and organizations.
- Distributing marketing materials and attending key events.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Swiss National/Swiss Working Permit B/C living in Basel.
- Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and English.
- Football/Sports & first aid qualifications, J&S qualification preferred.
- Availability on weekends and weekdays.
