Wir sind Bandara, die Agentur für das immersive Zeitalter. Seit unserer Gründung 2015 haben wir über 400 Projekte umgesetzt, die dank innovativer Technologien wie VR, AR und KI für einen Wow-Effekt sorgen – zum Beispiel für Kunden wie IKEA, Lindt, Zalando, BKW oder die Stadt Zürich.

Deine Rolle

  • Business Development

: Du verantwortest die Akquise neuer Kund:innen und Projekte und pflegst unsere bestehenden Key Accounts. Dabei erkennst du Potenziale für langfristige Partnerschaften und entwickelst strategische Wachstumsfelder für die Agentur.
- Beratung & Projektmanagement

: Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen strategisch und beratend durch die Projekte und bist auch operativ im Projektmanagement tätig.
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung

: Gemeinsam mit dem Gründerteam entwickelst du Bandara strategisch weiter – von Positionierung und Angebotsentwicklung bis hin zu Organisations- und Prozessoptimierung.
- Mitarbeiterführung

: Du führst und entwickelst das Team fachlich wie persönlich weiter.
- Repräsentation

: Du vertrittst Bandara auf Branchenevents, Konferenzen und gegenüber Partner:innen.

Was wir erwarten

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und im Business Development in Digitalagenturen und verfügst über ein starkes Netzwerk.
  • Mit deiner unternehmerischen Denkweise erkennst du Chancen, entwickelst Geschäftsmodelle weiter und bringst Projekte strategisch wie wirtschaftlich erfolgreich ins Ziel.
  • Du bist fasziniert von den Möglichkeiten immersiver Technologien wie AR und VR – und hast Lust, dich in diese Themen tief einzuarbeiten und ihr Potenzial für unsere Kund:innen nutzbar zu machen.
  • Du bist eine empathische Führungspersönlichkeit mit einem positiven Mindset und viel Drive.
